Update 27/10/20

We have been advised that a version of the recent guidance from the MOJ regarding the national lockdown in Wales will be available shortly in Welsh and will be forwarded to all members.

Update 23/10/20

Further to the national lockdown in Wales, the MOJ have requested that agents do not attend residential premises to enforce orders, nor take control of goods on the Highway in Wales. We must adhere to this guidance which is in place until further notice. The lockdown period is specified as between 6pm today (Friday 23rd October 2020) and until the end of the day 8th November- of course this could change.

The Lord Chancellor Robert Buckland QC MP, has written to CEAA this morning confirming we are not to enter residential premises in level 2 or Level 3 areas.

We are still okay to visit in these areas, however he does advise this Is a rapidly changing situation and they will keep their approach under review.

Commercial premises remain okay to visit and enter to take control of goods.

The Government ministers appear to have confidence in our responsible approach, so let’s continue operating safely and keep up the great work!

Keep safe
